Commercial Manager Position in Sweden

This position is reporting to Managing Director Nordic and will be an active member of the Swedish Management team. The office is in Stockholm.

We are searching for an excellent leader with a proven track record of good leadership and sales within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Sales Management

• Be an active member of the Swedish Management team. Channel information from the management team to his team and vice versa.
• Have the responsibility for the business in Sweden in regards to sales and the team.
• Evaluate and implement corporate strategies and activities in Sweden according to the Business Plan.
• Support the KAM’s application of the product strategy
• Ensure the Sales and Marketing strategies are integrated and aligned in the country.
• Conduct regular training sessions with sales force, in line with the corporate strategies
• Support the KAMs in the building of their individual Key Account Customer objectives and action plans.
• Ensure that the expected level of performance is met.
• Implement the relevant KPIs
• Support the KAMs in overcoming customer objections to using company products.


• Adapt and implement Core Marketing campaign with key messages in line with Corporate strategy and branding to be used for promotion by the KAMs.
• Analyze the market situation and trend on a monthly basis.
• Vice versa communicate local demands and needs to Nordic Region.
• Co-ordinate the process of congresses, workshops, and expert meeting with the guidance of the Nordic Franchise Leaders.
• Provide marketing support & expert advice.
• Monitor competitor activities and business intelligence.
• Plan, implement and control local promotion budget in cooperation with MD Nordic and Nordic Franchise Leaders
• Keep relevant contacts within the organization to obtain the latest product information and developments.

KOL/Customer relationship

• Organize and attend meetings with customers to offer credible advice and guidance, and visit customers, to support the customer value creation.
• Create a network of contacts that will help facilitate the sales process at the field level.
• Work alongside the KAM’s to contribute to the country sales and contribution targets.
• Visit KOLs on a regular basis.
• Responsible for reporting and managing Quality and compliance issues according to SOPs
• Ensure that all activities meet the expected compliance standards
