Product Manager, Nordic Diabetes
We have the pleasure to recruiting to this key role as Product Manager within the diabetes field. We are searching for candidates with more than 2 years' experience in marketing (and sales) in Pharma or Medical Devices. This is an opportunity to develop into a nordic responsibility. The position is placed in Stockholm.

Job description:
Ensure successful execution of innovative marketing strategies which deliver tangible differentiation and value creation for our products in the market. Accountable to:
• Collect, analyze and consolidate market insights and understand buying process, segmentation and targeting to build country strategy
• Define country marketing strategy for Nordic tender markets
• Design, develop, execute and monitor marketing plans to ensure successful execution of marketing strategy for tender marketing and patient & healthcare professionals advocacy
• Work closely with European team to share feedback from the field to best manage product life cycle from product launches, product maintenance and phase-outs.
• Translate clinical value and/or clinical studies into marketing actions.
• Monitor and follow-up on performance versus objectives with monthly reports and comments/recommendations in collaboration with Business Intelligence team.
• Participate in defining the MarCom Planning in collaboration with the local team and the European Marketing team. Leverage regional campaigns. Contribute to the creation of local specific campaigns.
• Success will be measured by achievement of plan/budget for units & GP, market share and key marketing plan/project milestones.

Main responsibilities:
• Dedicate time and interaction with KOL’s, external parties to sense the market
• Manage local advertising publications (medical journals)
• Manage local website / newsletter
• Responsible for uploading local material in Copy Approval Process, sharepoint
• Contribute to demand forecast in close collaboration with local management and other local functions
• Leverage CRM tool to grasp market insight, track campaigns effectiveness
• Measure impact of marketing communication and local campaigns by tracking and monitoring metrics (including web analysis)
• Drive the clinical marketing activities
• Develop & execute marketing plan
• Drive workshops with KOLs or key stakeholders
• Execute on customer centricity to get the best outcomes from both approaches
• Introduce clinical piece & train & educate the reps
• Day to day operational marketing tasks

• Educated to Master’s degree level, preferably in marketing, business or related fields.
• More than 2 years’ experience in marketing (and sales) in Pharma or Medical Devices Companies, including:
• Proven success in local “customer facing” marketing or sales
• Experience in building business cases, strategic plan, business review
• Will have knowledge of the healthcare market in a B2C environment, ideally with some direct exposure to diabetes care or related therapy.
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in web-based software and Pack Office
