HealthCare IT Sales Specialist Nordics

Preferred location for this position would be Sweden, Norway or Denmark

Job description
In your role we expect you to have a great understanding and knowledge of the healthcare market in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for identifying and creating growth Healthcare IT revenue and market share in the Nordic countries. You will proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers as well as developing, qualifying and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals. You will work on defining and applying territory strategies, from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying market requirements for current and future products and translating them into a commercial product strategy.

In your role you have a close cooperation with our Nordic Marketing and Sales teams and you are a key figure for the launch of new products as well as development, execution and tracking of promotions and sales on the Nordic market.

The work will require frequent travels to Nordic countries and to some extent to our European offices. Preferred location for this position would be Sweden, Norway or Denmark,


Main responsibilities
Understand Healthcare market in Nordic territories to define growing business strategy with the Cluster Business Development Manager.
Work closely with the Regional Marketing and Sales teams in order to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies on the Nordic Market.
Organize and execute sales activities toward new and existing customers.
Support customers and sales personnel with excellent product knowledge, answer tender requests and propose adequate Healthcare IT solutions.
Create a portfolio of solutions that meet market needs, build go-to-market and sales plans, support sales plan execution and provide territory forecasts.
Maximize profitability and capture interesting growth opportunities for Healthcare IT solutions.
Pursue and implement product launches and work on localization of launch packages.
Execute training and education packages for new and existing product solutions internally and externally.


Requirements
Minimum of 5 years Healthcare experience, preferably in Radiology, Cardiology or IT department.
Appropriate university degree.
Understanding of the Healthcare IT business and particularly Radiology workflow, technology and requirements.
Previously well proven sales record.
A burning desire to continuously learn and follow the industry development.


Personal qualifications
High level of business understanding, a commercial drive and analytical experience.
Strong ability to understand the market needs and use that knowledge to professionally consult the customers in all aspects and propose adequate product solutions.
Consultative approach to fine tune customer needs to build appropriate solution using the Healthcare IT portfolio.
Strong time management and organizational skills to achieve company goals and ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
You are a strong team player with the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts.
You are self-driven, focused and a person who is persistent in achieving the goals set.
You are fluent in English (oral/written). An additional Scandinavian language is an advantage.
