To strengthen the Anesthesia & Respiratory Disposables organization, we are currently looking for:

Customer Service Specialist, Anesthesia & Respiratory Disposables
Norwegian or Danish speaking

Role:
The core responsibilities for this role is to be responsible for all aspects of the order process, including new orders, backorder statistics, backorder communication (internal, external) and return of goods handling. Conduct first level product support to customers and the rest of the organization and channel all customer communication both for internal and external parties.
Actively work and participate in business projects to improve all customer related activities. Strongly contribute to create routines to standardize the repetitive work within customer service. Actively improve the quality of customer service and increase and maintain the high customer satisfaction level, everything will be in a close cooperation with the product manager and the sales team.

REPORTING TO: European Customer Service Leader
BASED IN: Nordic head office in Stockholm


RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORDERS:
Responsible for all aspects of the order process:
1. Create new orders in the system
2. Send order acknowledgement
3. Back order follow-up
4. Back order communication, internal and external
5. Replacement product suggestion to customer
6. Return of goods handling
7. Archive new or updated contracts together with Nordic Tender & Pricing Specialist
8. Maintain customer price list together with Nordic Tender & Pricing Specialist
9. Own and handle the complaints
10. For incidents with patients, handling must be routed to product manager or sales manager

PRODUCT SUPPORT:
Responsible for first line product support:
1. Be the first line of support for customers
2. Replacement products
3. Extended products
4. Additional accessories
5. Document events and support cases and produce regular reports to sales representatives per districts and the sales manager.

BACK OFFICE SUPPORT:
Back-office activities and support to the sales organization.

MARKETING SUPPORT:
Support mailings. Make customer material binders and other materials together with sales team
Maintain electronic catalogues for e-trade together with the Tender & Price specialist.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience from order and invoice management
• Experience of working with ERP systems, preferable knowledge in SAP
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Social skills; small team needs high flexibility
• Based in Stockholm area
• English skills – our official office language, needs to be fluent both orally and written
• Fluent in Norwegian or Danish

Product knowledge will be provided through training with product manager, as this is an important complementary skill to the standard qualifications.
