District Manager Anesthesia & Respiratory Disposables – South/West Sweden
To strengthen the Sales Organization for the Anesthesia & Respiratory Disposables business in Sweden, we are currently looking for a:

District Manager Anesthesia & Respiratory Disposables – South/West Sweden

Role:
You will be responsible for the sales of the Anesthesia & Respiratory Disposables portfolio in the South/West part of Sweden but will work closely together with the other District Manager that is responsible for the Middle/East part of Sweden towards a common goal to protect and grow the business.

The core responsibilities for this role will be to promote, demonstrate and sell the products to existing and prospective customers through a customer centric approach and assist customers in selecting the products best suited to their needs. You are responsible for increasing penetration and profitability in existing accounts as well as increasing market share through cold calling, prospecting, building relationships, post sales implementation and account maintenance, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Sweden is part of the Nordic & BeNeLux Team and you will report to the Sales Manager Nordics & BeNeLux that is based in our Nordic head office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Preferred location: West or South part of Sweden

Responsibilities:
• Protect and grow the sales of Anesthesia & Respiratory Disposables, in line with annual plan and business objectives.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new stakeholders, decision makers and influencers in the hospitals, including: KOL, Purchasing Departments, head nurses, anesthetists, biomedical engineers, higher management, (clinical) hygienists and infection prevention specialists.
• Offer clinical support to the healthcare professionals, supported by the Product Manager.
• Work closely with other District Manager to organize and implement agreed sales and marketing activities.
• Achieve financial and project targets in a timely manner.
• Launch new product portfolios on the market.
• Identify and explore new market trends and needs.
• Identify and explore opportunities for growth.
• Represent the company at regional meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Manage all administration linked to the sales activity;
o Support the tender/contract specialist with tenders & price-offers
o Keep the customer database up-to-date
o Follow the defined procedures on samples, demo units, expenses
o Meet with sales management and marketing
o Follow up back orders and communicate with the customer in order to define possible alternatives

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Nursing, Healthcare or similar.
• Nursing/clinical background or knowledge about the healthcare industry.
• Min. 3 years sales experience in a commercial environment, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Team player with the ability to work on your own.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and result driven.
• Excellent negotiation skills, combined with influencing communication and presentation skills
• Strong project, time & sales management skills.
• A proactive & entrepreneur mindset.
• Ability to network & build long-term customer relationships.
• Business acumen.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Swedish and good English skills.
• Knowledge about Anesthesia & Respiratory is a plus.
