Global Product Manager - TILLSATT
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Global Product Manager.
This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and reports into the Director of Marketing and Product Management for the Analytical Instrument business unit.

You will have the opportunity to drive the commercial success offering throughout the entire life cycle—acting as product champion within the company, with customers and with other stakeholders. Your work will require teamwork and project management skills of the highest quality to bring R&D, sales and marketing colleagues together to work with purpose and urgency. This includes initiating new concepts, defining product requirements that drive development projects, launching new products, defining and executing the product strategy, driving revenue via the sales team and obsoleting products from the market.
To succeed you should be highly driven and structured in your approach to product management, and be someone who can turn goals and strategies into plans and actions.

Your key accountabilities
− Develop strategic and tactical marketing and business plans.
− Drive long-term revenue growth through innovation; through long-term product
development plans and successful new product development and launches.
− Develop expert knowledge of market, competitors and customer needs to drive strategy and product positioning that will ensure strong growth.
− Identify new markets, channel optimization, and/or applications opportunities to maximize sales of existing products.
− Develop launch plans, including creating content and selling tools in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
− Develop product positioning, value propositions and value based sales arguments in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
− Monitor the success of new launched products. Analyze the effectiveness of recent projects.
− Act as a global source of key commercial product information, particularly in terms of defining product offering, establishing pricing and discounting strategy, and providing tools necessary for successful implementation.

Your qualifications
− MSc degree in a relevant scientific field (preferably complemented with an MBa) or other relevant experience
− Minimum 4-6 years of experience in product management
− Advanced understanding of marketing concepts, product lifecycles, product
positioning and financial analyses.
− Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to create and present materials appropriate to the level of audience. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
− Excellent organizational skills, including good interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to successfully work with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
− Fluent in English.
− Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally (approximately 25-30%).
