Vem är du?
• Du har jobbat ett par år med hälsoekonomiska utvärderingar inom läkemedelsbranschen, myndighet eller hälso- och sjukvården.
• Du har en god förståelse för finansiering och subventionering av svensk hälso- och sjukvård.
• Du gillar att leda projekt och har god kommunikationsförmåga.
• Du har troligen en mastersexamen i ekonomi/hälsoekonomi, farmaci, statistik, epidemiologi eller liknande


Tjänsten är placerad i Stockholm och innebär en del resande.

TJÄNSTEBESKRIVNING

You will be a member of a dynamic team of professionals within our Sales and Marketing organization in Stockholm. The position reports to the Director of Market Access & Health Economics.

Role Objective:
• Provide expertise within Real World Evidence as well as initiating and leading projects.
• Interact with payers and HTA bodies to show the value of The Company’s products through Real World Evidence and Outcomes Research.
• Achieve market access for The Company’s products including reimbursement


Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the cross-functional market access and product teams.
• Develop a close cooperation and contact with Market Access and Outcomes Research colleagues at The Company HQ to optimize strategic information and knowledge of the Swedish market and customer needs in order to ensure that these needs are met in the outcomes research and market access processes.
• Initiate and lead projects within real world evidence and outcomes research, both national projects and interacting with Global Outcomes research on global projects.
• Proactively identify and develop long term peer-to-peer relationships with outcomes researchers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Together with the medical department develop and support national disease registries
• Communicate study results (presentations or publications) both internally and externally.

As a Market Access Manager you will also be involved in:
• Developing and writing reimbursement submissions to TLV with support from colleagues from Medical department.
• Adapting centrally produced cost-effectiveness and budget impact models to the Swedish setting for use both in reimbursement submissions but also in contact with other decision makers within health care.
• Participating in developing HE strategies for meeting the needs of different customers (national reimbursement agencies, regional drug committees, specialists and key opinion leaders).

• National and local HTA bodies payers, researchers and clinicians
• Other pharmaceutical companies
• Relevant contacts within The Company Corp. Particularly Market Access and Global Outcomes research functions
• Other contacts depending on the nature of the project

Education and experience
Required:
• MSc in relevant fields ((Health) Economics, Statistics, Epidemiology or Pharmacy)
• Fluent written and spoken English in addition to Swedish
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, healthcare or HTA (minimum 2 years)
• Experience of working in a matrix management environment
• Project management
• Experience working with Real World Evidence

Qualifying
• Market Access Manager, Outcomes Research or equivalent experience
• Clinical trials experience and good understanding of clinical trial data and study design
• Experience of working with payers and clinicians at all levels.
• Experience working with reimbursement submissions.
