Primary Objective of Position:
The Ambassador is responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, improving profitability of acounts, and handling first line service.

Major Accountabilities:
Full revenue responsibility including forecasting and target performance achivement.
Act as trusted partner and advisor as main contact with customer.
New product and menu expansion targeting and sales support.
Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews.
Manage routine renewals of base business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts.
Provide first line service supportand technical troubleshooting.
Provide proactive service.
Training and coaching of customers.

Education and Background:
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Bio medical, Electrical, Mechanical or Medical technology is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts, and handling first line service.
Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
Successful engagement with customers, specifically BusinessManagement and key stakeholders.

Speak fluent English.
Excellent cmmunications skills.
Product and industry knowledge.
Can travel on frequent basis.
Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
