Nu söker vi på uppdrag av vår uppdragsgivare en person som vill vara spindeln i nätet. Du kommer få ett varierande jobb som innebär både kundsupport från kontoret till att vara ute hos nya kunder och hjälpa till med utbildning av användare.

Major Accountabilities:
Provide customers with assay, application, system and instrument support by telephone, email or online media.
Provide service engineers with adequate information.
Complete all required contact documentation to assure compliance with regulatory and quality procedures.

Deliver customer operator training on-site.
Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training.

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Medical, Electrical, Mechanical or Medical technology is preferred.

Background:
Proven track record in a similar position.
Strong communication skills.
Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
Technical expert for product line responsibility.
Experience in use of analytical tools and software.

This positions is based in Stockholm.
