Sales Manager, Sweden TILLSATT
Dansac & Hollister söker nu Sales Manager för den svenska marknaden. En fantastisk möjlighet att vara med och utveckla ett säljteam.

Vad innebär rollen?
Du kommer att ansvara för det svenska säljteamet, coacha och leda det. Du förväntas resa med säljarna. Upphandlingar, market access och relationer med beslutsfattare ansvarar du även för.

Vem är du?
Du jobbar idag som säljchef eller med market access på ett medtech bolag. Du brinner för sälj, bygga team och att utveckla marknaden. Du har god kännedom om såväl upphandlingar, TLV såsom coachning av säljare.

Som person är du strategisk med ett kommersiellt öga och du har en förmåga att förstå och omvandla kundens behov till konkreta handlingar.

Lämplig bostadsort är Stockholm med omnejd.

Sales and Market Access Manager, Sweden
Demands / necessary qualifications in order to exercise the job profile / professional experience
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in a sales management position
Medical device industry experience preferred
Management/leadership skills
Strong Strategic skills
Good Communication Skills
Fluent English and native in Swedish; skills in writing and speaking


Main accountabilities of the position
Manage and Develop Sales
1. Co-travelling with sales representatives, ensuring collective and individual training, coaching and appraising.
2. Develop tactical sales cycle plans, territory plans, customer segmentation and targeting to achieve sales objectives.
3. Conduct regular sales meetings ensuring alignment between sales and marketing
4. Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, patient organizations and other customer groups
5. Develop opportunities for enhanced sales growth and submit business proposal
6. Implement campaigns and tactics consistent with brand and product launch strategies.
7. Analyze sales results of each sales representative, suggest and initiate corrective actions.
8. Control budget and expenses of sales representatives under their supervision.
9. Identify and report training needs of their team to immediate supervisor.
10. Liaise with management and local HR on recruitment and termination.
Develop and Implement Sales strategies
1. Contribute as a member of the Nordic Sales team for Ostomy to the formulation of the overall Strategic Plan and participate in developing the Annual Operating Plan.
2. Develop and implement an integrated strategy for sales, market access, tenders and key account management to meet sales target in the Strategic Plan and Annual Plan

Commercial Excellence: Develop the best Commercial Team jointly with the Local Management Team
1. Drive Commercial Excellence to increase customer satisfaction and provide a superior customer experience
2. Drive and be a role model for the organization in working cross functionally to drive commercial excellence

Sales: Manage and Develop Sales & Sales Team
1. Manage and develop Ostomy sales and margins in line with the Annual Operating Plan
2. Drive Sales Excellence and develop a best-in-class sales team. Ensure collective and individual PSS training, co-travelling, coaching and appraisal
3. Implement Nordic best practices for territory planning and use of SFDC
4. Design sales objectives with your team, develop the tactical elements of the sales plan and monitor achievements for each territory and initiate corrective actions
5. Conduct sales meetings; participate in congresses occurring on your area, in industry exhibitions and any other event of public relations.
6. Ensure full alignment, cooperation and support to reach joint objectives with Marketing, Market Access and Customer Service


Market Access & Tender Management: TLV reimbursement authorities and tenders
1. Get our product portfolio reimbursed at highest possible prices towards TLV
2. Achieve optimal position with our product portfolio on tenders
3. Establish tender objectives based on deep market understanding, effectively driving the business
4. Develop strategic and tactical plan for each tender and ensure effective implementation
5. Follow-up on the execution of the tactical and strategic elements of the tender and monitor achievements of sales objectives and market access for Sweden
6. Establish networking with relevant key players (TLV, Tender purchasers, Medtech) in the market to maximize our interests/product portfolio in the market
