Du kommer att vara ansvarig för bolagets kunder i södra Sverige. Ansvarar för utbildning, budget mm.
Du planerar dina besök och utgår från hemmakontor.

Lämplig bostadsort är Göteborg, västkusten med omnejd.

Purpose of the position (short description of the position)
- Drive competitively the usage of Dansac and Hollister prioritized/portfolio products by establishing strong working relationships with key customers /opinion leaders and demonstrating accountability with a focus on customer service.
- Plan and execute territory plans aligned with annual commercial plans.

Demands / necessary qualifications in order to exercise the job profile / professional experience
- Educated as a nurse, a university degree or similar health care education.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales in the Health Care Industry/other industry.
- Demonstrated skill at meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs/identifying and addressing customer concerns.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main accountabilities of the position
1. Develop sales territory forecast, objectives and tactical plans, and execute the tactical elements of the sales cycle plan.
2. Analyze territory sales by using available sales tools, present and build contingencies to reach the sales targets.
3. Achieve territory sales targets by executing territory plans including contacts and activity targets.
Identify customer needs and opportunities and share the information on a timely manner with the sales & marketing team.
4. Ensure that samples, aids and training to customers are maintained in excellent order.
5. Ensure calls/visits, promotion and training on products and services to all identified customers.

6. Ensure timely and accurate account profiles and records, utilizing provided CRM system.
7. Continuously develop, train and utilize the selling process (PSS= Professional Selling Skills) and product knowledge throughout the selling process.
8. Co-travel with Sales Manager.
9. Actively participate and contribute to internal meetings (Sales Conferences, coordination between sales team (2 brand strategy), marketing and market access.
10. Control territory budget and expenses.
