Product Manager Nordic, Neonatal

The Product Manager Nordic, Neonatal is responsible for the assigned Customer Area and the Key Application Fields Workplace Infrastructure in terms of marketing strategy as well as short-term marketing actions and application support throughout the Nordics.
The Product Manager Nordic, Neonatal is specialized in the products in his/her assigned KAF.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Nordic marketing mix strategy for the assigned Customer Area/KAF in accordance with global regional strategy
Create and implement elements in the short-term marketing plan (Product Marketing, Placement, Positioning, Pricing, Portfolio Management). Advice on the development of list and market prices as well as the concept and hosting of price/positioning workshops
Plan and execute product launches for new and existing products in the Nordic markets
Drive revenue, profitability and market share through the development and implementation of measures using the entire marketing mix (e.g. obtaining and maintaining customer references, evaluation of various sales channels, corrective actions, promotions)
Regular analyses of the business development and short-term activities of competitors as well as deriving of fields of actions
Support Tender Excellence Team with market/competitor knowledge
Act as interface to the global functions in Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Service and Operation with the regions and countries to reach business objectives
Provide sales support in coordination with the relevant stake holders across the Nordics (e.g. professional in depth application support, technical product support, support during must-win deals, hold customer visits and training sessions, escalation during supplier problems)
Responsible for Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) of the assigned Customer Area within the Nordics
Ensure the input in the Global CA/KAF Strategy. Actively support the Global Product Manager in defining new products and corresponding service solutions in close cooperation with the Key Application Field Manager Service as well as phase out of products in close cooperation with Sales & Service and operations
Build and maintain a network of partners, consisting of architects, builders, prefab-constructors, integration companies and other med tech suppliers
Operational support (ie proofreading)

Upstream marketing responsibility for Hospital Accessories and Consumables (HCA)

Position Requirements

University degree in business economics, marketing, medical or engineering
Relevant product, market and competitor knowledge.
Technical comprehension; Demonstrates aptitude for learning new technologies and/or instructing others
Effective communication and presentations skills
Team Player with effective interpersonal skills who is able to work effectively with personnel in various departments and countries and at various levels to achieve the objects of the organization
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
Negotiation level English competence; verbal and written knowledge of other Nordic language (SE, NO. DK)
