Position: Sales Supervisor Labtech - Norway

Reports to: Head of Nordic Operations

Supervises: Account Managers

Summary: Actively promote and extend market penetration and sales of company product range and supervise the Account Managers in Norway.

Key activities:

* Supervise, support and train Account Managers
* Development and effective managemant of key accounts and key opinion leaders
* Visit existing and new customers / key accounts
* Increase sales and brand awareness within existing and new customers
* Proactive identification and development of new business opportunities
* Plan and implement effective time management
* Continued development in product and service quality
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge
* Provide technical and product support
* Ensure that relevant sales and markeing information is passed on to customers
* Undertake and complete required reports and documentation
* Compile and forward relevant customer, competitor and product information to the Head Office as requested
* Coordinate and participate in trade exhibitions and sales meetings
* Increase sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
* Ensure all sales activites comply with relevant Acts, legal demand and ethical standards
* Professionally represent the company at all times
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
* Undertake other duties as directed by Head of Nordica Operations
