Market Access Manager, Sverige - TILLSATT
Ett globalt läkemedelsföretag söker en Market Access Manager till sitt team.


Vad innebär rollen?
I arbetet ingår att ta fram hälsoekonomiskt underlag och andra nödvändiga data för pris- och subventionsansökningar till TLV. Rollen stödjer även affärsenheterna med verktyg som budgetmodeller och värdebudskap samt genom presentationer för externa beslutsfattare.

Vem är du?
• Du är analytiskt lagd
• Du har jobbat ett par år med hälsoekonomiska utvärderingar inom läkemedelsbranschen, myndighet eller hälso- och sjukvården och vill fortsätta utvecklas inom detta område
• Du är insatt i market access-frågor såsom kostnadseffektivitet, TLVs krav och betalarperspektivet
• Du har troligen en mastersexamen i ekonomi/hälsoekonomi, farmaci, statistik, epidemiologi eller liknande

Mission statement:
Achieve optimum pricing/reimbursement conditions and provide business unit divisions with epidemiological and economical information to develop, position, and manage life cycle management. Present value messages to key external stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Value & Access, HEOR activities
Collect epidemiological and health economic data for all therapeutic areas across the company
Be responsible for P&R submission to TLV to get and maintain price and reimbursement
Advice, follow-up and propose projects/studies for the optimal marketing of the product portfolio.
Co-ordinate and follow up implementation of corporate market access initiatives in the affiliate.
Actively participate and represent the affiliate (and/or Region) in the global Evidence Value Demonstration (EVD) task forces.
Coordinate Market Access plans in cooperation with relevant product team.
Actively support development of Budget Impact Models (BIM) and CE-models (cost effectiveness) together with responsible product teams.
Keep up to date with changes in the external Market Access environment.
Support the Market Access Division on other duties and tasks as required from time to time.

Promotion and Sales Activities
 Provide the Business Unit divisions with health economic opinion.
 Assist with internal training to develop their understanding of health economics in the relevant disease areas.
 Be responsible for Key Opinion Leader/Expert contacts within the health economic field.
 Cooperate with Business Unit divisions in to develop economic arguments aiming to impact different stakeholders.

Communication
External
 Medical Opinion Leaders and Health Economics Opinion Leaders to make and maintain contacts and to get input on activities and studies.
 LIF: Attend LIF-network meetings and spread the information within the MA-division.
 Subcontractors/vendors: to manage them.
Internal
 Provide and get adequate information about the product marketing to/from the Business Unit Heads.
 Marketing: collaborate and develop product and economic strategies. Provide studies and protocols.
 Sales/Marketing: advice and train people on health economic matters.
 Health Economic & Medical international: receive and provide information on activities & studies. Contribute with expert knowledge on Market Access in Sweden (and/or Region) to the Global EVD teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
 Experience from similar activities in previous working life
 Very good understanding of the market access environment, mainly TLV and payer needs
 Good knowledge in health economics
 Good negotiating skills
 Skilled in presentations
 Analytical
 Structured
 Good communication skills
 Good co-operation and teamwork skills
 Fluency in Swedish and good knowledge in English

Qualifications
 University degree
 Specific health economic training (MSc/BSc in Economics or other relevant education)
 At least 3 years of experience from similar position
