Your new company
We are now looking for a Nordic Segment Sales Manager. Dräger is a leading international manufacturer of medical and safety technology. The Nordic Segment Sales Manager Hospital will be positioned in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

Your new role
You will be responsible for driving sales and delivering profitable growth in the Hospital customer segment within the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark). The role will involve leadership responsibility for a decentralized cross-country sales team and you will be part of the Nordic Management Team. This involves contributing to the development of the strategy as well as to translate the strategy into actions for the own area of responsibility.

In addition you manage relationships with key customers and other stakeholders, you drive large sales projects and tender management, as well as implement the local sales strategy together with local and Global/Regional Marketing. You will lead the cross-country sales management team in accordance to Dräger values, set clear targets, ensure that employees are properly supported, trained, evaluated and highly motivated.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced leader with at least 5 years of people management experience and relevant experience in a senior B2B sales position with P&L responsibility, gained in an international company with multiple sales channels. Experience in complex solution selling comprising of various service elements and products is highly appreciated and you have a strong customer orientation. You have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration or similar. You have excellent skills in the Nordic languages and speak English fluently.

As a person, you have the ability to excel in leading and managing people and are able to work independently with minimal supervison. You create direction for your own area of responsibility contributing to the Nordic objectives and the development of corresponding goals and milestones. Moreover, you show good skills in communication, decision making and you are a team player who shows a hands-on attitude.
