The job involves
creating the best commercial team in the industry, implementing the strategic plan and annual operational plan and to provide superior customer satisfaction. In close cooperation with the Market Access Manager you will invest in activities to secure product free choice and access for our product portfolio. As a part of the Nordic Sales Managers team you are responsible for implementing Nordic best practices to support local activities. The position is associated with travel.

Since key tasks includes driving sales execution by leading, developing and coaching our sales force, you must hold minimum a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Marketing/Health Sciences or equivalent, at least 3 years of sales experience with proven results within sales and sales management in the medical device industry, pharmaceuticals or medical supplies.
On top of that you should have built up at least 3 years of experience with driving/training a sales process & driving activities through CRM.
