Customer Relations Manager - Pathology lab- TILLSATT
Customer Relations Manager, Pathology Lab

The company is for Sweden now looking for a Customer Relations Manager to further strengthen the Pathology Diagnostics business, reporting to the Business Lead Pathology Lab.

The main purpose of the job is to drive demand for the Pathology Diagnostics portfolio in the assigned territory.


You will

• Act as the primary contact to Pathology Lab customers in the assigned territory

• Identify and drive pro-actively opportunities to protect and grow sales to our Pathology Lab customers

• Continuously monitor sales against commitment and proactively take any corrective actions necessary

• Act as project lead for installations

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical application support (demonstrations, customer training, trouble shooting)

• Support Tender Manager / Business Lead with customer insights to allow timely completion of all activities associated with the tender process

Education

You have a degree in Science, preferably a MSc/PhD.

You have a strong background from a clinical lab (pathology, cytology), academic research and/or sales and are prepared to share your experience and knowledge but also focus on innovation and new concepts to drive the business going forward.


Functional Competencies

- You have an understanding of the Swedish health care system and an interest in developing a deeper knowledge of the Swedish diagnostics/healthcare market

- Knowledge of pathology techniques (e.g. IHC, ISH, ICC)

- Strong presentation and communications skills in both Swedish and English, fluent in Swedish is a must

- Our focus is medical value and PHC (Personalized Healthcare) why it is crucial that you feel comfortable speaking in those terms and talk to all kinds of stakeholders including physicians, lab managers etc

- Sales experience is a strong advantage

- Understanding of the workflow in clinical pathology labs is an advantage

- You are very independent in your work and like taking initiative. It is also important that you are a team player that likes to contribute to the group and work towards common goals

- You should be a person who enjoys the combination of scientific questions, working with customers and giving excellent support

- Open minded with an eagerness to innovate, learn and change

- You like building new relationships in your daily work. You enjoy, and feel comfortable, having discussion on a scientific and high level
